Reusable Bola is a modification for ARK Survival Evolved that adds a version of the bola that gives you a new bola every time you throw one.

Do you want to bola the smaller animals on the beaches, in the swamps and on the mountains? Entrap that pesky player that ran into your house through the door you forgot to close? Or does throwing bolas into the distance just make you feel like a Cowboy in a Wild West Movie? Then you've probably been frustrated by the expense and weight of carrying hundreds of bolas with you everywhere. That was, until now!
This modification adds an item called the Reusable Bola. When you throw the Reusable Bola the Ark Gods magically return a fresh Reusable Bola to your player inventory. Otherwise the Reusable Bola is exactly the same as the regular Bola.
To spawn in the Reusable Bola you can use this code:
This spawns in x2 Reusable Bolas.
If you want to experience this mod as we intended it then please join us on our Ark Server: Dreamtime PVP 4xXP 4xT 2xH 5xBreed +Events. We have this mod installed along with several of our other popular mods. New players and experienced players are both welcome. Join our growing community and talk with us when we're online.
The ModID for this mod is: 681550417
If you are running this mod on a dedicated server you must specify this mod ModID as a commandline arguement GameModIds=681550417 or as ActiveMods=681550417 in GameUserSettings.ini. You only need to specify it as a commandline arguement -OR- in the ini file - not both :) If you have another mod running then use a comma to separate the mod numbers. This mod is fully stackable and does *NOT* need to be called first.
- If only one Reusable Bola is in your player inventory then when you throw it you will be holding nothing after the bola is thrown. To resolve this have at least two Resuable Bola's in your player inventory and after throwing it you will still have a Reusable Bola equipped.
- It seems that instances of server lag can result in a new bola not being placed in your player inventory correctly. This happens very irregularly but when it happens you will not receive a replacement Reusable Bola correctly. I'm trying to work out what this is causing this specifically and how to resolve it.
