添加炮塔，其功能与原版炮塔完全相同，只是不需要弹药来发射，也不需要能量来打开和运行。

Adds turrets that function exactly like their vanilla counterparts except require no ammo to fire and no energy to turn on and run.
Costs the same and requires the same engram level and points as their vanilla turret counterpart.
Crafted in your inventory, can be picked up, and can stack to 100.
Planing to add the other 4 turrets and cannon, although this might be added in a different way
